Class Descriptions
Energy Ride
Great for beginners as well as the expert rider. With simple moves and hot music this class guarantees you will sweat! Mimicking an outdoor ride of 13.5 miles you are sure to enjoy this calorie burning cycling class.
Boot Camp
Total body conditioning based on simple calisthenics and sport related drills. With basic sets of cardio and core toning drills this class guarantees to kick the beginner as well as the athlete into shape.
Yoga
A great way to begin or wind down your day. Combined with an athletic and relaxing yoga moves this is a great addition to any workout regime.
Tone &sweat
A class focusing on basic cardio and toning exercises for the entire body!
